Watch and... think...

Interesting stuff that I see while living...

With less budget, but it seems Don King is following De Niro steps, opening a restaurant in Mexico

This is a burguer stand in Monterrey, Mexico. Last Wednesday after Rayados' match (local soccer team) we stopped here to have dinner (you know after the beers and so :P).

I was amazed that they used Don King name and Photo! (LOL).

Well, at least the burguer was tasty :)

A nice old CocaCola ad found at El Papalote

The other day that I was eating at El Papalote I saw this old Coca Cola ad. Yeah, you can find it in a lot of places, but what is nice is the fact of how the company has maintained its image through time, with only minor modifications. And it still looks good.

Surfing at 7Mbps thanks to Telmex Infinitum?

Few days ago Telmex changed my infinitum service from standard centrals to a fiber box, it seems that have everything ready for their triple-play service, well at least the infrastructure, they still have to gain some use license (and someother paper stuff like that).

Anyway, having 7Mbps at home is great (remember guys, Mexico is a third world contry with a fourth world burocrats, so this is actually great).

Note: Please ignore the upload speed :P

SpotBox #FAIL at La Guadalupana

SpotBox the restroom marketing company just got their app out of service (nice way to say Crash!) the error message "is just there" waiting for somebody to reset it. I guess they still have some stuff to work out.

Starting the day with a business breakfast at Quinta Real

Well, today I started the day talking about a technological platform for the health care industry, it was quite a meeting, but what I really like is the fact of having a full breakfast, it just make everything look different.

As mom used to say, you must have breakfast! (and don't forget about "finish it or...")

Is that a FAIL whale on Mr. Slim tie? (once the world's wealthiest man)

Since Twitter started using a whale as an error message (Twitter's FAIL whale) people should be more cautions when using one.

This is a snapshot of Mr. Slim website, the billionaire is using a tie with a whale design, which actually looks like the one used by Twitter, of course there is no FAIL with Mr. Slim, at least, on the economic part.

See the real photo at his website: www.carlosslim.com
